ROCKHILL SDN. BHD. is a well-established company specializes in manufacturing of LUBRICATING OILS and GREASES. With 40+ years of experience, we provide you EXCELLENT QUALITY LUBRICANTS. Rockhill Sdn. Bhd. is located at Kawasan Perindustrian Bukit Rambai (Industrial estate of Bukit Rambai), Melaka, Malaysia.

Established since 1977, Rockhill Sdn. Bhd. has been continuously improving the manufacturing plant. To date, the size of the manufacturing plant is around 51,500 square feet, featuring 5 base oil storage tanks (Each of 96,000 Litres storage capacity), 6 blending machines (include 2 machines for greases), 8 filling machines (include 2 machines for greases), and 8 production lines (include 2 lines for greases). The daily production capacity, based on normal working hours, can reach 50,000 Litres.

Our services include:

1) One Stop Lubricating Oils and Greases Manufacturing – From design of products, design of packaging and design for manufacturing until production and delivery of products to customers, we got you covered. We work closely with customers to meet their requirements.

2) Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) – To suggest and provide our formulated lubricants (include greases) to customers based on their specifications and requirements. Our engineering team works out on optimum solution for customers.

3) Contract Manufacturing (CM) – To manufacture lubricating oils and greases according to customer’s formulas, specifications and requirements. We also offer contract blending and/or contract packaging. Our engineering team helps to provide cost improvement on manufacturing process.

4) Research and Development (R&D) – We collaborate with universities to develop new formulas for lubricants (include greases) or new products which benefit our customers.

5) Warehousing – We offer warehousing service to our customers to allow them to store the products at our warehouse and deliver to the required location when requested by customers.
